Oral Herpes Symptoms
When infected with oral herpes, symptoms include oral blisters and pain, and cannot be treated with a colposcopy or cryotherapy.
During an outbreak, there appears swelling and redness of the affected areas with blisters following. Blisters appear on the mouth, lips, inside of the cheeks, gums, and throat. Enlarged lymphatic nodes, fever, and pain are also common, yet some people may not have such signs.

The infection is very common and is usually acquired in childhood. The virus is spread through saliva and other liquids and, once acquired, it cannot be removed from the body. People who have once experienced an episode are likely to have them in future.
